I wonder if an appetizer can be simpler and easier than this! It takes only 10 minutes including preparation time and is perfect for a snack, supper, and/or casual gathering. Almost all ingredients are refrigerator staples such as garlic and lemon. Keep a can butter beans, and you can have this tasty dip anytime you want!

1 can(15oz) | butter beans, drained and rinsed | |
1 clove | garlic, roughly chopped | |
1/2 Tbsp | lemon juice |

1/4 tsp | cumin powder | |
2 Tbsp | water | |
a pinch | salt |
|
3 Tbsp | olive oil |
|
Directions
- Add the all ingredients except the olive oil to a food processor. Process until the mixture is coarsely pureed.
- Pour in the olive oil and puree until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks, chips or pita bread.
